驚!浪涌保護器引起的變壓器燒毀事故

    110kV薩(sa)爾布(bu)群變(bian)電(dian)(dian)站是(shi)新(xin)疆伊犁河流(liu)域開(kai)發建設管理局南(nan)岸(an)干(gan)渠配套工程,承擔(dan)著向35kV伴渠線(xian)路供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)的重要任務,共有兩條(tiao)35kV線(xian)路向5個35kV箱(xiang)式變(bian)電(dian)(dian)站供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian),35kV薩(sa)格線(xian)7#~9#箱(xiang)變(bian)、35kV布(bu)雅(ya)線(xian)10#~11#箱(xiang)變(bian),主要用于附近農業灌(guan)溉用電(dian)(dian)及沿南(nan)岸(an)干(gan)渠分(fen)水閘門工作(zuo)電(dian)(dian)源供(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)。自2018年5月以來,35kV箱(xiang)變(bian)發生(sheng)過(guo)多次因浪(lang)涌保護器運行(xing)過(guo)程中產(chan)生(sheng)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)時(shi)不能正常泄荷釋放能量(liang),拉弧(hu)導致400V低(di)壓(ya)開(kai)關柜電(dian)(dian)氣設備短路著火(huo)而燒(shao)毀開(kai)關柜的事件,較嚴(yan)重的一次事件導致9#箱(xiang)變(bian)內35 kV干(gan)式變(bian)壓(ya)器燒(shao)毀,造成了(le)嚴(yan)重后果。

    一、故障現象及處理過(guo)程(cheng)
    2018年5月6日(ri),110kV薩(sa)爾布群變(bian)電(dian)所運行(xing)人(ren)(ren)員發(fa)現(xian)(xian)35kV消諧(xie)裝(zhuang)置報(bao)A相(xiang)弧光(guang)接地故(gu)障(zhang),后(hou)臺測控裝(zhuang)置顯示(shi)零(ling)序(xu)電(dian)壓為(wei)(wei)36.5V,35kV母(mu)線(xian)三相(xiang)電(dian)壓不(bu)平衡,運行(xing)人(ren)(ren)員查看消諧(xie)裝(zhuang)置顯示(shi)二次電(dian)壓為(wei)(wei)A相(xiang)28V,B相(xiang)59.5V,C相(xiang)45.6V,隨后(hou)供電(dian)運行(xing)分廠(chang)立(li)(li)刻安排線(xian)路巡檢人(ren)(ren)員巡檢線(xian)路,在(zai)巡檢線(xian)路過程(cheng)中發(fa)現(xian)(xian)35kV薩(sa)格線(xian)9#箱變(bian)T接處高壓保險A、C相(xiang)已燒(shao)毀掉落且箱變(bian)內(nei)有黑煙冒出,巡檢人(ren)(ren)員立(li)(li)即(ji)向鞏留縣消防大隊打電(dian)話(hua)報(bao)火(huo)警,同時立(li)(li)即(ji)將35kV薩(sa)格線(xian)停電(dian),組織人(ren)(ren)員現(xian)(xian)場開展(zhan)滅(mie)火(huo)施救工(gong)作。事故(gu)現(xian)(xian)場如圖1所示(shi)。

    二、事故分析及檢查過程(cheng)
    2018年5月8日試(shi)驗研究所組織技術人(ren)員(yuan)對(dui)9#箱變(bian)(bian)柜內過電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)保(bao)護器(qi)(qi)(qi)、35kV進(jin)線電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)及戶外進(jin)線避雷(lei)器(qi)(qi)(qi)進(jin)行(xing)了(le)(le)(le)預(yu)防性試(shi)驗,試(shi)驗數據均合(he)格(ge)。隨(sui)后對(dui)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)繞(rao)組絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)單獨(du)進(jin)行(xing)了(le)(le)(le)測試(shi)(低(di)壓(ya)側(ce)(ce)繞(rao)組從(cong)外觀(guan)看已(yi)燒(shao)毀未測試(shi)),發現(xian)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)(qi)(qi)高壓(ya)側(ce)(ce)A、B相繞(rao)組絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)合(he)格(ge),高壓(ya)側(ce)(ce)C相繞(rao)組絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值為零(ling)。現(xian)場拆開(kai)查看浪涌保(bao)護器(qi)(qi)(qi)閥片,并對(dui)其進(jin)行(xing)了(le)(le)(le)絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)測試(shi),絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)為零(ling)。隨(sui)后對(dui)9#箱變(bian)(bian)內設(she)備進(jin)行(xing)了(le)(le)(le)隔離。
    通過現(xian)場圖片可(ke)以(yi)看出(chu)此次事故直接(jie)原因是400V低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)側短(duan)路(lu)引(yin)起的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)氣火(huo)(huo)災(zai),從現(xian)場查看著(zhu)火(huo)(huo)點是低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)400V浪涌保(bao)護器引(yin)起的(de)(de)(de)火(huo)(huo)災(zai)事故,間接(jie)原因是浪涌保(bao)護器在產(chan)生過電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)時不能夠(gou)正(zheng)常泄荷(he)釋放(fang)能量,拉弧(hu)導致短(duan)路(lu)著(zhu)火(huo)(huo),引(yin)起低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)側整個柜子著(zhu)火(huo)(huo),火(huo)(huo)災(zai)引(yin)起變壓(ya)(ya)器低(di)(di)壓(ya)(ya)側因電(dian)氣火(huo)(huo)災(zai)而短(duan)路(lu)造(zao)成事故的(de)(de)(de)擴大,導致變壓(ya)(ya)器燒毀(hui)。
    經查詢浪(lang)(lang)(lang)涌保(bao)護(hu)器(qi)資料(liao)并與廠家溝通得知,浪(lang)(lang)(lang)涌保(bao)護(hu)器(qi)長時(shi)間運行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)后應進行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)定期檢查,浪(lang)(lang)(lang)涌保(bao)護(hu)器(qi)正常運行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)時(shi)顯(xian)示綠(lv)色,產生過(guo)電壓釋放能量(liang)后無法恢復時(shi)顯(xian)示紅色(此時(shi)浪(lang)(lang)(lang)涌保(bao)護(hu)器(qi)失去作(zuo)用),此時(shi)需更(geng)換處理浪(lang)(lang)(lang)涌保(bao)護(hu)器(qi)模塊,南(nan)岸干渠箱變自(zi)2006年投運以來,未曾對其進行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)過(guo)檢修與維護(hu)。
    2019年5月,試(shi)驗(yan)研究所(suo)在南岸(an)干渠停水期間對南岸(an)干渠上所(suo)有箱(xiang)變低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)出線柜的(de)(de)浪涌(yong)吸(xi)(xi)收器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)絕緣電(dian)(dian)阻、壓(ya)(ya)(ya)敏(min)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)和泄漏電(dian)(dian)流進行(xing)(xing)測試(shi)。這些箱(xiang)變不是同批次的(de)(de),所(suo)以(yi)廠家(jia)也(ye)不盡(jin)相同,質量參差不齊,其中(zhong)28#、29#、30#、31#、35#、37#、38#、39#、40#箱(xiang)變的(de)(de)浪涌(yong)吸(xi)(xi)收器(qi)(qi)顯示紅(hong)色(紅(hong)色代表盡(jin)快(kuai)更換(huan)),其壓(ya)(ya)(ya)敏(min)電(dian)(dian)阻已(yi)老(lao)化失(shi)效,28#、29#、30#、31#、32#、33#、35#、36#、37#、38#、39#箱(xiang)變的(de)(de)浪涌(yong)保護器(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)敏(min)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)和泄漏電(dian)(dian)流試(shi)驗(yan)數(shu)據(ju)均已(yi)超(chao)標。咨詢賽普廠家(jia)技術人員(yuan)給出的(de)(de)數(shu)據(ju)是壓(ya)(ya)(ya)敏(min)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)合(he)格范圍是558~682V,泄漏電(dian)(dian)流的(de)(de)合(he)格范圍≤10μA。隨后公司運行(xing)(xing)分廠聯系(xi)廠家(jia)對已(yi)失(shi)效及(ji)試(shi)驗(yan)不合(he)格的(de)(de)浪涌(yong)吸(xi)(xi)收器(qi)(qi)全部進行(xing)(xing)了更換(huan)處理(li)。
    三、事故總結
    低(di)壓(ya)開(kai)關柜內的(de)(de)(de)(de)浪涌(yong)(yong)(yong)保護(hu)器(qi)在(zai)檢修維護(hu)過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong)往往容易(yi)被忽視,甚至(zhi)有人誤以為是免(mian)維護(hu)的(de)(de)(de)(de),其(qi)實不(bu)然,浪涌(yong)(yong)(yong)保護(hu)器(qi)通常并(bing)聯在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)回路(lu)中(zhong)(zhong),浪涌(yong)(yong)(yong)保護(hu)器(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)敏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)經(jing)(jing)過(guo)長期運行和多(duo)次(ci)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)涌(yong)(yong)(yong)作用(yong)后會(hui)出(chu)現性(xing)能下(xia)降甚至(zhi)失效(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)情況,在(zai)帶電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)情況下(xia),經(jing)(jing)過(guo)多(duo)次(ci)反復的(de)(de)(de)(de)浪涌(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)沖擊,壓(ya)敏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)會(hui)劣化,其(qi)閥值電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)會(hui)降低(di),低(di)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)性(xing)則逐步加劇,進而導(dao)致(zhi)持續漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)產(chan)(chan)生。隨著(zhu)漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)惡性(xing)增(zeng)加,并(bing)且(qie)集中(zhong)(zhong)注入壓(ya)敏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)內部的(de)(de)(de)(de)薄弱部位,該部位的(de)(de)(de)(de)材料就(jiu)會(hui)逐漸融化,最終(zhong)形成1000Ω左右的(de)(de)(de)(de)短路(lu)孔,一旦有較(jiao)大的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)灌入短路(lu)點,就(jiu)會(hui)導(dao)致(zhi)壓(ya)敏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱擊穿,壓(ya)敏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)劣化失效(xiao)(xiao)后造成永久(jiu)導(dao)通狀態,無法切斷回路(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu),此(ci)時(shi)壓(ya)敏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)(zu)本體溫度持續升高,甚至(zhi)產(chan)(chan)生火(huo)災危險。由此(ci)可見,對于浪涌(yong)(yong)(yong)保護(hu)器(qi)應定期開(kai)展檢修維護(hu)工作。
    四、應對措施及建議
    結合(he)設(she)備運行情況,根據南岸干(gan)渠箱變內浪涌保護器事故頻發(fa)的(de)現狀,建議(yi)南岸干(gan)渠箱變采取以下措(cuo)施(shi)以應對壓敏電阻老化失效的(de)問題:
    (1)定(ding)期(qi)檢查浪涌(yong)保(bao)護器,定(ding)期(qi)更換模塊,以保(bao)證南岸干渠的正(zheng)常供電,防(fang)止事故的發生。
    (2)加大箱變400V電氣設備的(de)定期維護及(ji)清(qing)掃工作,必要時縮短檢(jian)修周期。
    (3)加強防(fang)鼠及防(fang)小動(dong)物措施,檢查接(jie)線(xian)是否(fou)正確(que)緊固,有(you)無過(guo)熱老化、松脫虛接(jie)現象(xiang),若有(you)則(ze)及時更換。
    (4)定(ding)期檢查分離(li)開關有無動(dong)作,是否(fou)燒損(sun)變(bian)形。
    (5)定期檢(jian)查指示燈,在正常(chang)運行或故障(zhang)時是否指示正確。
    (6)定期(qi)檢(jian)查緊(jin)固部件(基座、罩蓋(gai)、鉚釘(ding)、螺栓),應連接可靠。
    (7)每年雷雨季節(jie)前應按防(fang)雷設備檢測要求由(you)專門(men)機構進行檢測。
    (8)定期檢查接地線(xian)、接地體(ti)連(lian)接是否可靠無銹(xiu)蝕,測量接地電(dian)阻是否合格(ge)。
    (9)建(jian)議在浪(lang)涌(yong)吸(xi)收器的進線側裝設空開或熔斷器。
    (10)建議廠家在浪涌保護器設計時增加壓(ya)敏電阻失效報警功能。
    五、結束語(yu)
